If you’ve bought something on The Cask and change your mind, worry not! Your bottles may be returned to The Cask within 21 days of your order, with the following conditions:
Return of bottles
a. If the bottle(s) have not been shipped out, we will process your refund request, see next section.
b. If you have already received your bottle(s), you may drop it off at our office (address below), or we’ll pick it up from you for a fee of RM20*. Your refund will be made once we have verified the condition and authenticity of the returned products. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged, in their original packaging, including: boxes, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, and/or gift boxes.
*Klang Valley only. Pick-up from other states to be arranged separately.
Refunds & Credit
Store Credit – We’ll be happy to refund your purchase via Store Credit for future orders on The Cask, for no additional fees.
Direct Refunds – If you would like us to issue a refund according to your original payment method (bank transfer or credit card), a 3% processing fee will be imposed
For purchases made with store credit – Refunds will be returned as store credit and may not be refunded as cash back. However if the payment was made as a combination of store credit and cash/credit card, you may opt to receive a refund on the cash/credit card portion, with a 3% processing fee.

Products marked AS-IS are not refundable nor returnable.
To make a refund request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, within 21 days of your order. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged, in their original packaging, including: boxes, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, and/or gift boxes.
