Jacob’s Creek Double Barrel Shiraz
To craft this Double Barrel Shiraz, Jacob’s Creek started off with rich concentrated ripe fruit from selected Coonawara vineyards. The Shiraz is first matured in traditional French and American oak wine barrels before being finished in aged Scotch whisky barrels. This a unique double-barrel technique and it imparts complex nuances of almond-husks and also softened the dense tannins to yield an incredible smoothness to the wine.
